Let & Collect
If you’d like us to be a little more flexible with our service or perhaps you already have an established portfolio of properties and like to be more hands-on as a landlord, our Let & Collect Service might fit the bill for you. We’ll take the stress out of finding the right tenant for you by carrying out our own marketing and searching to give you the best choice of the best tenants. We’ll carry out all the necessary tenant vetting such as financial checks and references and we’ll make sure you comply with the latest legislation giving you the best advice we have. We’ll then collect the rent each month and make sure everything is running smoothly.
Search & Find
As trusted letting agents, we need to check all your property paperwork and make sure you have all the valid gas and electrical safety and energy certificates in place. We’ll market your property across our website, social media and third-party platforms such as Rightmove, and carry out the viewings with the prospective tenants. From here we’ll do all the tenant checks and collect references before they can move in. And then we’ll arrange for the inventory to be done on your behalf. Finally, we’ll hand over to you to manage your property and tenant, including collection of their rent.
